Zephania Reuben is a third year student at the College of Informatics and Virtual Education, University of Dodoma. Pursuing Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering,and reseacher at SignAILab, also working as a Web Developer and Data Scientist at Telesoft. He is now focusing on Research in problems related to probabilistic modeling and data mining and their interdisciplinary applications to the field of Telecomunications.
